Introduction

Hi there, and welcome! My name is Ariana Wilkinson and this is my blog. For the  next couple months I will be posting on here about travelling, now this isn’t just a basic travelling blog where I post a couple pictures to show that these places actually exist. I will be trying to help you to travel to  these locations so you can see they exist with your own eyes. I know that as a college student it’s hard to travel, so I will be giving advice, tips and suggestions on places to travel as well as right time to travel to certain places, when to buy airplane tickets and how to fully experience that location while staying in a college student budget.

I will use some of the most common places to travel and then go more in depth of hidden places that people surpass. As I am from Texas, I will start slowly with local places in Texas, and expand stateside; eventually going internationally. Some of these locations will be based on where I’ve been, places I want to go and of course locations that my viewers may have questions about. I’ve discovered some of these landmarks from certain checklists and sites such as “1000 Places to see before you die”. I chose these resources and this topic because I know that there are plenty of young college students that don’t know how to research or find the perfect way to travel so this blog will give them the access they need.

Now the title of my blog is “A Traveler in The Making”, despite being so young I was given the opportunity to travel to many different locations and experience many different cultures. I did this while still managing to not break my bank account, I will use my experience and history of travelling to blog to my young college student audience about how to do this too. Majority of college students dream of travelling across the world, I’m here to help reach that dream for some of you. I hope that at the end of this journey you too will feel like a traveler in the making.  Lastly, I will be making announcements through my twitter @BlueEyedAri.
